Who is Plant Daddy MD?

Richard Pham, founder of Plant Daddy MD, is a Brooklyn-based plant specialist with six years of experience in plant care, managing gardeners and maintenance teams, and curating lush green spaces. Whether a plant is in need of some TLC or just a little guidance, Richard knows how to bring it back to life.


For him, plant care isn’t just about looks—it’s about creating happy spaces for both plants and their people. No matter where you are in your plant journey, Richard is here to help—whether you need a plant doctor, consultant, or sitter.


Known online as @LordFierce, he shares plant tips and inspiration to make plant care fun and easy. Through Plant Daddy MD, he’s on a mission to turn every home into a lush, happy oasis—one leaf at a time.

plant doctoring / styling

This service covers plant rescue, reshaping, and styling, including repotting, pruning, pest checks, and polishing as needed.

Online Advisor

75/hr

I will video chat, walk you through the process, and help you develop a greener thumb.

In-Person Doctoring

125/hr

A professional will arrive at your home or business with all the supplies and tools to address your plant needs, plus expert tips on maintaining your plants. (Most popular option!)

Plant Team

200/hr

For larger projects and offices, my team of plant experts and I will assess, care for, and educate. This option is ideal for large collections, multi-floor spaces, or staff in need of guidance.

You deserve a vacation! Let us take care of your plants while you’re away.

Basics

75/per visit

You just need basic care—watering the plants and a quick inspection . No additional maintenance required.

Part-Time

200-300/3-4 visits

If you're away for more than a week, this service includes watering, pruning, and health updates.

Full-Time

350-500/month

This package is ideal for extended absences. We’ll water your plants, handle pest control, rotation, pruning, and polishing. You'll also receive health updates and check-ins.

Suitable for business, offices, and larger spaces that need on going services.

Intro

125/hr

An expert will educate your staff on caring for your office plants, providing a customized routine and schedule.

Support

225-325/month

This monthly service is perfect for spaces with a few low-maintenance plants that need to stay immaculate at all times.

Full Maintenance

350-500/month

We visit weekly to care for your plants, no matter their type or how many you've collected. We’ll also offer advice on future additions and placement for your garden.
